The First Harvest.
We were finally able to harvest some veggies from our spring garden!!! YAY! WE had tons of spinach growing so we thinned the plants, and when we thinned the plants we also saved the baby spinach leaves to eat!!!
They were very small, but we put them in some grilled cheese sandwiches and they were delicious!!! The remaining spinach is now flourishing since we thinned the plants.
Our seedlings for our summer garden are now spending some time outside when the weather is nice. They are looking huge!!!!!! We can't wait to get them in the ground!!!!

More pics.
Roxy Rocks!!!!
The Nursery is almost complete!!!! It has been a ton of work and Roxy has worked so hard to make the nursery look wonderful. She has been absolutely amazing and she has done so much to help us!!! Thank you Roxy!!!! We wanted to share all of the amazing creations of Roxy with everyone!!! She made Ashley the cutest gift, which included, a quilt, a receiving blanket, burp cloths, and a rattle and two pacifiers all tied with a huge ribbon and bow. It was beautiful!!!!
The quilt is by far one of our favorites!! It is adorable!!!!!
We are also so impressed with the burp cloths that Roxy made. She hand crocheted all of the edging for the cloths. Way to go Roxy!!!! You Rock!!! Thanks you once again for all of you help!!!

Plants and other stuff.
The seedlings are doing awesome!!!! The best by far are the peppers, which are pictured below. They have about 5 more weeks under the lights and then they will be transplanted outside.
Our spring garden is also coming to life. Pictured below is the spinach, but we also have the snow peas, lettuce, and arugula seedlings growing. We can't wait to have fresh baby spinach!!!
We also spent an evening building the dresser for Hollands nursery. It arrived to us via ups in about 50 pieces with 150 various screws and bolts, but after just a couple hours, viola! We had an adorable dresser!!!!! The nursery is close to being finished. Just a few final touches and then we will ready! We will post a picture of the entire nursery once it is finished, which will probably be in just a couple more weeks.
