We had our first day of cross country skiing today!! It was a blast!! There was about 6 inches of snow, and the snow was fast and easy to ski. We can't wait to be able to share the outdoors with Holland.

Don't forget about the garden!
The garden is great! We recently pulled all the spring plants to give room to our summer plants. We have 26 pepper plants, 19 tomato plants. 4 squash plants, 2 cucumber plants, 3 pumpkin plants, 3 watermelon plants, and a bunch of green bean plants and sunflowers that we still need to thin. Here are a couple pics to give you and idea of what we have.
I almost forgot! We also bought Rick a bike. He loves it and we have had tons of fun riding around the last few weeks.
Still no Baby!
Ashley is past her " due date" by three days. We are not worried though. Ashley has to almost 42 weeks ( June 23rd) before they will induce, and Holland will more than likely come on her own before then.
We have been staying busy while we wait. One of the most exciting events was that we purchased a new car! We wanted something nice for Holland and also something to take skiing and camping. We are both super excited!

A much needed update!
It has been a month since we have posted on here! Time is just flying by. We have been very busy with gardening and putting final touches on the nursery, we haven't had a whole lot of time to post.
We have harvested a ton of spinach, and lettuce from the garden, and all of our seedlings for the summer garden are ready to go into the ground. We also planted a strawberry planter and our flower planters for the front patio.
The nursery is finally complete. We have received so much help from friends and family and are so very thankful! One new favorite items are these super cool blocks made by Candace. Thank you! Nothing beats a homemade gift, we love them!
Ashley is now at 37 weeks and according to all the literature is officially "full term". Meaning that Holland can come at any time. We are both so very excited to meet her. The posts may be far in between these next few weeks as Hollands arrival comes closer, but once she is here we will have her adorable face posted everywhere!!!

The First Harvest.
We were finally able to harvest some veggies from our spring garden!!! YAY! WE had tons of spinach growing so we thinned the plants, and when we thinned the plants we also saved the baby spinach leaves to eat!!!
They were very small, but we put them in some grilled cheese sandwiches and they were delicious!!! The remaining spinach is now flourishing since we thinned the plants.
Our seedlings for our summer garden are now spending some time outside when the weather is nice. They are looking huge!!!!!! We can't wait to get them in the ground!!!!

More pics.
Roxy Rocks!!!!
The Nursery is almost complete!!!! It has been a ton of work and Roxy has worked so hard to make the nursery look wonderful. She has been absolutely amazing and she has done so much to help us!!! Thank you Roxy!!!! We wanted to share all of the amazing creations of Roxy with everyone!!! She made Ashley the cutest gift, which included, a quilt, a receiving blanket, burp cloths, and a rattle and two pacifiers all tied with a huge ribbon and bow. It was beautiful!!!!
The quilt is by far one of our favorites!! It is adorable!!!!!
We are also so impressed with the burp cloths that Roxy made. She hand crocheted all of the edging for the cloths. Way to go Roxy!!!! You Rock!!! Thanks you once again for all of you help!!!
